Note: We do not request access to your email provider's service and there is no email integration.

  • Recipient Email IDs (Optional): You can store email addresses of recipients for generated emails within folders you create for organization purposes. Entering recipient email addresses is entirely optional and not required to use the app's functionalities.

Data Storage and Security

  • Local Storage: Account information (if provided) is stored locally on your device with industry-standard encryption.

  • Cloud Storage: User prompts, responses, recipient email addresses, and temporary content generated by the AI may be stored in secure cloud storage. You can delete this content within the app.

  • Third-Party Services: We use Firebase Crashlytics for crash reporting. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for more information on how Firebase handles data.

  • Security Measures: We employ industry-standard security practices to protect your data, including encryption and secure coding practices.

Uploaded Content

You may choose to upload various content types through the app, including:

  • Images for text detection (optional)

  • Files and documents for chat (optional)

  • Audio files for transcription (optional)

Data Retention:

We store uploaded content on our servers solely for processing purposes related to the chosen feature (e.g., text detection, chat, transcription). Your uploaded content will be automatically deleted from our servers once the processing is complete. This typically occurs within a short timeframe after upload.

Please note: We recommend you maintain copies of any uploaded content you deem important, as we cannot guarantee data recovery after deletion.

This app is intended for users above the age of 14. We recommend parental supervision for users under 18.

Data Retention Policy

We retain anonymous usage data for a reasonable period to improve the app. Crash data is retained by Firebase Crashlytics according to their policy (refer to Google's Privacy Policy). We will delete your prompts, responses, recipient email addresses, and generated content upon your request or account deletion.
